How to revoke our access and delete your data.

Deliberate Studio, Inc. operates on data you connect to it — a Shopify store, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising and content, Google properties, and similar tools. You can cut off that access and have everything we hold deleted at any time. This page is the step-by-step. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.

1. Revoke our access (immediate, on your side)

Revoking stops any further reads or writes the moment you do it. Do whichever applies:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram). In Meta Business settings: if you shared assets with Deliberate as a partner, go to Partners, select Deliberate Studio, and remove the shared ad accounts, Pages and Instagram accounts (or remove the partner entirely). If you generated a system-user token for us, go to Users → System users, open that system user, and revoke the token or remove the asset assignments. If you connected through Facebook Login for Business, go to Integrations → Business integrations and remove Deliberate Studio. Any one of these ends our access to that asset.
• Shopify. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels and uninstall the Deliberate Studio app. Shopify notifies us, and we delete the store's tokens and data automatically (details in the privacy policy).
• Google (Analytics, Ads, YouTube). Remove the Deliberate service account or user from the property or account, or revoke the connection under your Google account's Third-party apps & services.
• Anything connected with a pasted key or token (Klaviyo, Gorgias, and similar): revoke or regenerate the key in that tool. Our stored copy then stops working.

2. Ask us to delete what we hold

Revoking stops new access. Deletion removes what we already stored. Email hi@deliberatestudio.com from an address associated with your business, and include:

1. Your business name and the website or store it operates.
2. Which connections to delete — everything, or specific ones (for example, "Meta only"). For Meta, the ad account ID or Page name helps us find the right records quickly.
3. Whether you want an export first. We can hand you your data as JSON or CSV before deleting it.

We delete the stored credentials for the connection, everything cached or derived from it (for Meta: ad performance snapshots, campaign records, Page and Instagram content and comments, partnership-ad permission records, and audit logs of actions we took), and any notes your team attached. We confirm completion by email.

3. If you are an individual, not a business

You may appear in data a business connected to us — for example, a comment you left on a brand's Instagram post, or a partnership-ad permission you granted a brand from your Instagram account. You can ask us directly to delete records about you: email hi@deliberatestudio.com with your Instagram or Facebook username and the brand involved. We verify the request, delete within 30 days, and confirm by email. Deleting our copy does not remove the original from Facebook or Instagram; that is controlled from your own account.

Timelines and confirmation

• Completion — within 30 days of a verified request.
• Confirmation — by email to the requesting address.

If anything about a request is unclear we will ask rather than guess; we do not delete another business's data on your say-so, which is why we verify the requesting address.
