Connecting

1. Setup steps for Claude, Cowork and Claude Code are on Connect your Company Brain.
2. Claude says it can’t find the brain. Open Customize › Connectors and press Connect on Company Brain, or add it first using the setup steps. In Claude Code, run /mcp.
3. Sign-in doesn’t find your team. Use the email your team invited, or ask an owner or admin to invite you from the brain’s page.
4. Claude shows the same tools twice. You’ve connected both your team’s own address and the shared one. Keep one.

Saves

1. Remove a save. On some brains, say “undo” to Claude: the person who saved it can undo within 24 hours, if it hasn’t been edited since. Otherwise, email hi@deliberatestudio.com and we’ll remove it.
2. Fix something that’s wrong. Tell Claude the correction. It updates the item and keeps the earlier version in history.

Billing

You’re billed through Shopify. The Brain plan is $249/month after a 14-day free trial; cancel within the 14 days and you pay nothing. It includes $249 of work; work past that is billed through Shopify for exactly what you use. The Agent Team adds drafts, sends and actions: $500/month, with $600 of work included (a 20% bonus).

To see charges, change your plan or cancel, open your Shopify admin and go to Apps › Deliberate. Uninstalling the app also ends billing. Questions? Write to us.

Started your brain before it moved to Shopify? Your brain’s Billing page still shows your plan, card and invoices.

Your data

Deliberate can’t read your Claude conversations, files or account. On brains set up before the Brain plan, an owner or admin can download everything from the Library. To delete the whole brain, or to get a copy, write to us. Details are in our privacy policy (brains set up before the Brain plan: here) and terms.

To report a security issue, write to hi@deliberatestudio.com with “Security” in the subject.
